近日，ESB英语演讲板比赛（EnglishSpeakingBoard）在济南市安生学校举行。
Recently,theEnglishESB(EnglishSpeakingBoard)wassuccessfullyheldinourschool,andtheJTHSstudentsachievedgoodresults.
15名安生高中学子参与本次比赛，均获得GoodPass及以上的好成绩，此外，2名学生以优异表现获得merit 的好成绩（merit 近乎最高等级满分的下一个等级）。

ESB介绍
ESB是拥有超过70年演讲测评经验，在全世界提供高质量的语言表达测评服务。目前在英国、意大利、新加坡等有着广泛的影响力,每年参与人数众多。ESB是集演讲、戏剧、表演为一体的能力等级认证。ESB认证体系是达标性认证，而非相对性评价，等级分为unsuccessful、pass、goodpass、merit、merit 、distinction六个等级。

从最初的选题定向，到ppt的制作和指导，再到演讲稿的润色点睛，老师和学生一起，进行了很多次讨论。

学生利用课余时间，反复练习、背诵文稿，与小伙伴互相练习，彼此指正。

为参加ESB比赛，我做了很长时间的准备。根据比赛要求，我准备了三部分——“我喜欢的艺术”、“诗歌”和“电影剪辑”。
IhavebeenpreparingforthisESBcompetitionforalongtime.Ihavepreparedthreepartsaccordingtotherequirementsofthecompetition--"ArtSharingIlike","poetrysharing"and"FilmClipsSharing".
每一部分我都查阅了大量文献。我非常喜欢这个过程，因为在查找资料的同时，丰富了我的知识储备。比赛期间，我尽力展示演讲内容，老师给了我专业性指导，有效地提高了我的公共演讲能力。

首先，选一个你感兴趣，并有知识性的话题很重要。这让你更容易和听众联系，并有效地传递信息。其次，要在镜子、朋友或家人面前多次练习演讲，这能帮你找到需要改进的地方，比如语调、肢体语言和时机。
